Wine Lovers it's that time of the YEAR

November is the month of WINE in Cyprus. The Cyprus Tourism Organization (CTO) and the Cyprus Wineries Union are offering during the month of November excursions to the winery routes. A pleasant trip to the mountainous areas to meet the producers of Cyprus wines and get acquainated with the Cypriot wines, taste the freshly vinified wines or attend an interesting seminar. If you're not the excursion type but you still enjoy a glass or two, a tasting event will take place on the 15th of November at Trakasol Cultural Center in Limassol. At the event 25 Cypriot wineries will attend. The guests will have the opportunity to try different wine varieties. During the event there will be demonstration of zivania distillation and a show on how the palouze is produced. An event with free wine and palouze, surely not to be missed!
